FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Hamza established and founded Lexstone in 2014.

Hamza is mandated by institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals to source trophy residential assets & investment opportunities. Hamza also focuses on brokering hotel sales as well as negotiating hotel leases with international hotel groups.

In 2008, Hamza qualified as a Solicitor with a city-based law firm, specialising in the fields of property law, conveyancing & property litigation.

Outside of property, Hamza is an investor in technology-based start-up companies and a supporter of various charitable organisations.

NEGOTIATOR & ASSISTANT MANAGER

Paula is a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience as a skilled negotiator in Central London, having worked in both the private sector and in Built-To-Rent. Her passion and expertise in the property sphere supplements her defined negotiating skills.

At Lexstone, Paula plays a key role in the growth and development of the residential business. She is deeply involved in the bespoke services which Lexstone provides, leveraging her extensive knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional results.

Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her Arla Propertymark Qualification, a testament to her dedication and proficiency in the field.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Keely joined the Lexstone team in the role of Property Manager bringing along her extensive experience and passion for the industry.

Prior to Lexstone, she flourished within an independent London estate agent chain, quickly ascending to the position of Manager, overseeing a substantial rental portfolio.

Keely holds an array skills, particularly within the serviced accommodation sector.

Renowned for her commitment to exceptional customer experience, Keely takes great pride in ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and expertise.

PROPERTY MANAGER

With years of hands-on experience in both the Build-to-Rent (BTR) and private rental sectors, Lais has developed a deep understanding of the property management landscape, combining operational expertise with a customer-focused approach. Specializing in the management of residential developments, Lais excels in delivering high-quality living experiences for tenants while ensuring properties are well-maintained and financially optimized for owners and investors.

Having worked across a diverse portfolio of residential properties, Lais has honed skills in tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance coordination, and compliance with local regulations. 

A strong communicator and problem-solver, Lais thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and long-term property value growth.

SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR

Amir has thrived as a sell-side broker in prime central London since 2008. He joins Lexstone after lengthy spells, as a negotiator, in the patches of Mayfair & Knightsbridge.

 Amir has gained a deep understanding of market trends and real estate processes. His professionalism and dedication to achieving the best outcomes make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating the complexities of the London property market.

A lifelong resident of Kensington and Chelsea, Amir’s deep connection to London, combined with fluency in Farsi, has helped him build a vast network of international contacts. His thoughtful approach has earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional service and forging lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Amir enjoys fitness, and outdoor activities, and holds licenses for both speedboats and sailing.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Yasir joined Lexstone as an Accounts Manager in 2014. He has a first class Masters degree in Accounting & Finance from London Metropolitan University.

Having nine years experience in financial reporting as well as previously worked in an accountancy practice, he has gained a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of financial accounting & all major accounting systems. Yasir has also worked as a Finance Manager for companies with a turnover of more than twenty million pounds.

Yasir’s role with Lexstone includes keeping rental accounts up to date, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial reports, management of trade creditors & payroll. Furthermore, he is also responsible for all correspondence with HMRC.
